Refund Policy
Our guidelines for refunds on ticket purchases and votes on SongSim Events.

Ticket Refunds
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders are eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed automatically to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
Refunds for voluntary cancellations (i.e., you no longer wish to attend) are at the discretion of the event organizer. Some events may allow refunds up to a certain date before the event. Check the event details for the organizer's specific refund terms.
If you accidentally purchased duplicate tickets, contact our support team within 48 hours of the purchase with your transaction references. We will verify and process a refund for the duplicate.
Vote Refunds
Votes are generally non-refundable. Once a vote is cast and confirmed, it is counted immediately and cannot be reversed.
Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
- Technical errors resulting in votes not being counted despite successful payment
- Voting category or nominee removed by the organizer after your vote
- Payment charged but vote not recorded due to a system error
In these cases, contact our support team with your vote reference number for investigation.
Refund Process
1. Submit a Request: Contact us via the Contact page or email info@songsimevents.com with your transaction reference and reason for the refund.
2. Review: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and may contact you for additional information.
3. Decision: You will be notified via email whether your refund has been approved or denied, along with the reason.
4. Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (card, mobile money, or bank account).
Important Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different account.
- Payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
- SongSim Events's platform commission is non-refundable for organizers once deducted.
- Refund requests made more than 30 days after the event date will not be considered.
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
